NFL Week 7 kicks off today, Oct. 25, with a morning game in Paris between the Pittsburgh Steelers and New Orleans Saints on NFL Network. Seven games follow at 1 p.m. ET on CBS and FOX, three more run in the late afternoon window, and the Kansas City Chiefs visit the Seattle Seahawks on NBC’s Sunday Night Football. The week closes Monday night when the Dallas Cowboys visit the Philadelphia Eagles. The Bills, Commanders, Jaguars and Chargers are on bye.
Three teams wake up perfect Sunday. The San Francisco 49ers are 6 and 0, while the Minnesota Vikings and Chiefs are both 5 and 0. All three play today, and by midnight, we’ll know how many are still standing.
Where is the NFL Week 7 Paris game?
It’s at Stade de France in Saint-Denis, just outside Paris, and it’s the league’s first game in France. The NFL said security would be heightened after a weekend of unrest in which about 2,400 people were arrested across France. League officials said the game was never in danger of being canceled.
On the field, Aaron Rodgers recently passed Peyton Manning for the fourth most games with a touchdown pass, including the playoffs. The Saints still haven’t scored first in a single game this season.
Can the 49ers stay unbeaten in Atlanta?
San Francisco is 6 and 0 for just the fourth time in franchise history, joining the 1984, 1990 and 2019 teams. Brock Purdy now owns the highest career passer rating in NFL history after qualifying for the leaderboard last week.
The road won’t be easy. The 49ers crossed the country after playing Monday night and may be without receivers Mike Evans and Deebo Samuel Sr. The Falcons, meanwhile, are 0 and 3 at home and need Bijan Robinson to carry them.
Can Kyler Murray keep the Vikings perfect?
Minnesota hosts Indianapolis at 1 p.m. with a defense that leads the league, allowing just 12.8 points per game and blitzing more than any team in football. Murray has three wins since taking over as the Vikings quarterback, and Minnesota is chasing its fifth 6 and 0 start since 1990.
Which stars are missing in NFL Week 7?
Two of the league’s biggest names are out. The Ravens downgraded Lamar Jackson ahead of their home game against Cincinnati. Eagles quarterback Jalen Hurts is likely out for the season after doctors found blood clots in his lungs, leaving Tanner McKee to start Monday against Dallas.
A new wave is carrying the position. Bryce Young leads the NFL at 309.8 passing yards per game, and C.J. Stroud leads the AFC. Stroud’s Texans also get Tank Dell back for his first game in nearly two years after a devastating knee injury.
How can you watch NFL Week 7?
Local games air on CBS, FOX and NBC, so an antenna or a live TV service covers most viewers. Paramount+ streams CBS games, Peacock streams the NBC night game, and YouTube TV and Fubo carry the major networks. NFL Sunday Ticket on YouTube TV covers out of market games, while NFL+ streams local and primetime games on phones and tablets.
Can the Chiefs survive Seattle?
That’s the last test of the night, and maybe the hardest. Kenneth Walker III already has 665 rushing yards through five games in Kansas City, more than the Chiefs’ leading rusher managed all of last season. Seattle’s Sam Darnold has the highest interception rate in the league, which gives a Chiefs defense that ranks second against the pass something to hunt.
Here’s the twist for NFL Week 7. The 49ers and Vikings play first, at 1 p.m. The Chiefs take the field last, under the lights, knowing exactly what the other two did.
Perfect records rarely survive October. By the end of tonight, we’ll know whether any of these three is the exception.
