Roman Reigns beat Sami Zayn and Chelsea Green beat Liv Morgan to win the 2026 Crown Jewel Championships today, Nov. 7, in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Green barely had time to celebrate. Tiffany Stratton attacked her soon after and cashed in to take Green’s WWE Women’s Championship on the same night.
On the rest of the card, Cody Rhodes beat Randy Orton in a Last Man Standing match, and Penta and Je’Von Evans won the World Tag Team Championship from The Vision. The show streamed on the ESPN app with an ESPN Unlimited plan in the United States and on Netflix internationally, and replays are available on both.
Who won the Crown Jewel main event?
Reigns pinned Zayn after back-to-back spears to win the men’s Crown Jewel Championship. Zayn came close to an upset several times. A referee was knocked out midway through the match, and Zayn hit a Helluva Kick, but the backup referee was slow getting into the ring, and Reigns kicked out.
After the match, Zayn stopped Triple H from handing Reigns the title and offered a handshake. Reigns slapped his hand away and then hugged him instead. Several outlets said Zayn earned a moral victory, while Reigns kept his unbeaten streak going and can now turn his attention to The 946 ahead of Survivor Series.
How did Chelsea Green lose her title at Crown Jewel?
Green beat Morgan to win the women’s Crown Jewel Championship. The win also stopped Morgan from becoming the first woman to win the title twice. Stratton then turned on Green and cashed in to win the WWE Women’s Championship, which made Green both a winner and a loser on the same night.
How did Crown Jewel end Rhodes vs. Orton?
Rhodes and Orton opened the show with a 27-minute fight that went through tables, into the crowd and up the entrance stage. Orton powerbombed Rhodes through a table, and Rhodes crashed through the announce table after missing a dive.
In the end, Rhodes hit three Cross Rhodes, the last one onto the steel steps, then stopped the referee’s count and hit Orton with Orton’s own punt kick. Orton couldn’t get up by 10. The Riyadh crowd was clearly behind Orton and booed Rhodes during the match. The punt finish also ties back to WrestleMania, where Orton punted Rhodes after their match.
Who won the Crown Jewel tag team match?
Penta and Je’Von Evans beat Bron Breakker and Austin Theory to become the new World Tag Team Champions. Oba Femi helped them during the match, and Evans pinned Theory with his OG Cutter after a Mexican Destroyer from Penta. Penta also still holds the Money in the Bank contract, which gives him a shot at a world title whenever he chooses.
Why did WWE move Crown Jewel indoors?
This is the part most results stories skipped. WWE originally announced Crown Jewel for an outdoor stadium in Riyadh, then moved it to a smaller indoor venue. Dave Meltzer reported the move was made for safety reasons amid tensions in the region. Forbes also reported an eight-minute delay between the live feed and what was happening in the arena. Reports said the crowd was small but loud.
All of this matters for next year. WrestleMania 43 is expected to take place in Riyadh on April 10 and 11, 2027, and will be the first WrestleMania held outside North America. Reports said WWE planned to make those dates official this weekend.
Which Crown Jewel predictions came true?
Before the show, Pat McAfee Show correspondent Mark Kaboly made picks on WWE.com. He correctly predicted Green over Morgan, the tag team title change and even Rhodes winning with a punt. His only miss was the main event. He predicted that Zayn would beat Reigns cleanly. Reigns won instead, and the post-match moment between the two left their story open for another chapter.
Survivor Series: WarGames is next, on Nov. 28 in Houston.
